Problem
Most Data Quality products were built for problems associated with name and address cleansing. Some extend into domains that contain well structured data, however, they run into problems with the poorly structured and highly unpredictable nature of product data.
Solution
Existing data quality or governance processes can call Data Service Applications (DSAs) from the DataLens System to interpret and restructure product data into the required form and apply an integrated exception management process to resolve any data quality problems encountered.
