The qualified candidate must be able to utilize a strategic, solution-oriented approach to create interest in our unique value proposition and provide a clear, compelling, articulate explanation of our business value to prospective customers while becoming technically knowledgeable about Silver Creek Systems software.
You will aggressively prospect and generate qualified leads and opportunities for our national sales team by scheduling telephone or face-to-face appointments. You must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills, a high energy level, strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
We are looking for candidates with at least two years of inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding their objectives.
Customer Solution Consultant

As a solution consultant, you will be programming our system to understand and repurpose customer product data the way it is needed to solve their business problems. There is no programming language per se, the system is drag and drop, but the ability to think abstractly is critical in order to create the rules that govern the understanding of the content.

Sales Engineer

The Silver Creek Systems Sales Engineer is responsible for exercising effective leadership and operational effectiveness in working with Sales staff to develop account-winning strategies and to provide needed product sales support to successfully close business.
The Sales Consultant is responsible for researching and understanding the needs of the customer and defining the overall technical and business solution. This person leads the technical support team within an account, working with product engineers, and other resources, to deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations. Also, provides account leadership and significant contributions to sales presentations by providing answers to in-depth customer questions and inquiries. The Sales Consultant has a strong horizontal understanding of all products offerings that is combined with an expert understanding of the vertical market and industry.
